Food, Family, and Wine
What a week(end) of fine food, fine companionship, and wonderful wine. My sister the former chef always gets into holiday meals. It’s not really about the holiday for our family, but rather the excuse to get the whole family together and enjoy some of the best [culinary] pleasures this world has to offer. Over the last 5 days I’ve had no fewer than 4 breathtaking many course meals with accompanying appetizers, deserts, wine & cheese plates, etc. I’m (for now) built like a stick but even I feel certain that I’ve gained weight this week.

I’m absolutely in love with 2001 Oregon Pino Noir. My favorite is Cameron Winery’s 2001 Arley’s Leap. If you can find it BUY IT!
