the seller has a signing appointment setup with the title company for tomorrow!

Missing opening day

Mt. Baker in I think 7 years this Tuesday. I’m sad that I won’t be up there for what looks to be shaping up for an epic opening day, but excited I’ll be missing it in order to sign paperwork for closing our house.
